Experience Conscious Movement An eight-hour workshop at Art Yoga Nice

We are delighted and excited to invite you to an extended workshop on self-awareness through yoga. In this workshop we will explore techniques to deepen concentration and the importance of alignment to refine one’s yoga practice, allowing movement to come out from conscious mind body and beyond.
Session I: Think Light – a fresh start to the day
Saturday 25 Jan: 09:00-11:30 In this morning session we will practice asanas that raise awareness from the inside, increasing vitality and leaving a sense of calm in the mind and energy in the body.
Session II: Feel Light – time to let go
Saturday 26 Jan: 18:00-20:30 A selection of asanas and pranayama to draw the awareness outside inward, detoxifying twists and focused forward bends to prepare oneself to purify throughout a restful night, gradually letting go of mental and physical heaviness.
Session III: Be Yoga – be whole, be here, be yourself
Sunday 26 Jan: 09:00-12:00 A sequence of challenging postures with precise alignment, allowing effort to become effortless and leaving a sense of wholeness & being in the present moment. Closing with seated meditation to revitalise your inner being.
