Renew your energy – get ready for the summer vibe!
When we let our own light shine, we light the path for others!
Do you want to get funky and divine, reconnect to your beautiful body and soul and have the best time ever? Join us for a joyous Sunday workshop to connect with yourself and others, to release the old and tap into the summer lightness, and all that that inspires you.
What is JourneyDance?
JourneyDance is a groovy celebration that will have you loving your body and loving your life! Free exploration and weaving simple, guided movement sequences (no tight choreography!), JourneyDance reconnects you with your innate state of joyous well-being. Your mind becomes clear, free, and positive, and your body feels energized and powerful.
Practiced to inspiring world music, your dance is an empowering journey to self-acceptance and freedom.
Who’s it for?
Anyone who wants to feel connected to his or her body. Anyone who wants to explore something new and desires to start loving their body and dancing again.
JourneyDance provides an encouraging and safe space to explore our own movement, expression and feelings, and requires no previous movement or dance experience. No judgment – only joy and acceptance. Come as you are!
In addition to dance, the workshop consists of awareness exercises, meditation and inspiring conversations.
Date: Sunday 27 April
