Vinyasa Krama – the art of sequencing, moving gradually from simpler to more complex asanas helps create balance in body and mind.
In every posture, we can remain aware and conscious of how every part of our body is involved and active.
By remaining aware of the body, we learn how to listen to and relax the mind. Using techniques from the yoga tradition as well as modern movement science, Selina will lead you to experience postures in a very new and exciting way.
Deep Yin Yoga Masterclass
Tuesday, July 11st, 9:00 to 11:00 am – 35€
Using awareness practices and our body as the gateway to our minds, we will dive deeply into the realms of our subconscious and cleanse our minds of cluttering thought patterns, which hold us back from realising our true essence. Select music will accompany us on this journey within.
This practice will leave you energised and calm.
No previous experience in yoga asana necessary. The class will be held in English and French.
