Elements of the practice

We begin with pranayama (breathing exercises) to centre and clear the mind, followed by the Sun Salutation series (Surya and Siva Namaskara) to prepare the body for yoga postures (asanas)

The course will finish with Savasana, so that during deep relaxation you accumulate the benefits of the practice and absorb vital energy (prana).
