This class provides a foundation for those who are either discovering or rediscovering yoga after a break.  The aim of the class is to help you develop a home practice and to safely and confidently take yoga classes at intermediate level.

We focus  on correct alignment, safe practice and mindful movement, ensuring that your yoga practice enhances other activities, both in daily life and as part of a healthy lifestyle.
